Shooting Range Terms & Conditions

Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Yellowstone Shooting Range and its online booking service. They are read together with the Range Rules & Etiquette, Indemnity & Waiver, applicable consent requirements and safety requirements.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information and comply with Yellowstone requirements and Range Officer instructions. Yellowstone may refuse, suspend or terminate access where safety or compliance requirements are not met.
Firearm verification
Where required, a firearm must be registered and approved before a booking can proceed.
Safety
Customers must read and accept applicable safety and range documents and complete required safety assessments before participating.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are subject to availability, displayed pricing and completion of required booking and payment steps. Payment status is confirmed by the payment system and is not based solely on a browser return.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility are governed by Yellowstone's approved Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Minors
Minors may participate only where applicable Yellowstone consent, review and safety requirements have been completed.
Indemnity
Participation is subject to the applicable Yellowstone Shooting Range Indemnity & Waiver.
Privacy
Personal and compliance information is processed under Yellowstone's Privacy Notice.
Electronic acknowledgement
By accepting electronically, the customer confirms they have read and understood the applicable terms. The electronic acknowledgement records acceptance and is not represented as a certified digital signature.
